The Tea Party Gave Me New Life!
After a life filled with experiences, achievements and rewards far above and beyond what I (or most people) could have dreamt possible, all of a sudden the possibilities of the future were endless… because my countrymen and countrywomen stood up and said “WE’RE HERE! LISTEN TO US!”
I’ve seen and done so much, but watching what was happening to our country hurt – made the past feel like the only place to be happy. I felt alone, helpless and defeated. The results in 2008 seemed to offer only a future of more disappointment and even futility. Wow, I could go on and on about the feelings… I’ll just stop here for the moment and say that I was not too sorry about being in my 60s and not having to endure the demise of the country I loved so much.
To you, our partners, participants and new visitors, what is important is that we want to offer an easy, happy, place for you to learn, share your thoughts and information, and help keep this REAL hope and change moving.
Every blog, website, Twitter, Facebook page, article, etc., related to the principles and issues surrounding the Tea Party movement is important. It’s just that so many of them seem to scream about it all, either for or against the Tea Party and the issues. The graphics are too often loud, the fonts ad headlines enormous, and, bottom line, the messages kinda get lost in the melee.
The Tea Party Lane is a place for all of us who want to exchange info and learn, in a peaceful, simple environment. There is so much to do and say, but no reason why we can’t talk quietly about it all.
